Attorney Wesley White of Charlotte, NC; ethical dwarf

The state of North Carolina presented Wesley Steven White with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Wes guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to appear at multiple scheduled court hearings on behalf of his clients
• Failure to appear at court hearing result in his client’s arrest for contempt

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Carolina State Bar punished Wes by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2021), Wes practices his brand of law at 2300 East 7^th Street in Charlotte, North Carolina.
