The Grievance Committee of the 4th Judicial Department found Mark guilty of engaging in:
This wasn’t Mark’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously presented with a complimentary censure for similar misconduct.
Mark’s Hyperbolic (BS) Defenses
Mark had the temerity to defend his misconduct by claiming he suffered from some undisclosed “anxiety disorder” that he allegedly sought treatment for. Mark also expressed “extreme remorse” as opposed to “regular remorse” for sticking it to his clients (victims). Of course the comedians sitting on the grievance committee credited Andy for these asinine claims in mitigation.
As a consequence of his 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Mark by gifting him with his 2nd complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. May 2012) Mark practices law at 224 Fayette Street in Manlius, New York, which is 11 miles east of Syracuse.
