Pennsylvania’s 2019 Judicial Ivory Soap Ethics Rating = 99.95%

Ivory Soap advertises a purity rating of 99.44%. In the Pennsylvania judicial system, there are 1,162 judges practicing throughout the state. For the year 2019, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board handed out the following complimentary sanction against three (3) judges for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

2 = number of reprimands

1 = number of suspensions

This laughable finding by the Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board and the Supreme Court Supreme Court means that Mississippi has a 99.95% Ivory Soap Purity rating for 2019 which is preposterous in that it indicates the near impossibility of finding a dishonest or incompetent attorney.

This would mean that if all 1,162 Judges attended a conference at the Hilton Philadelphia At Penn's Landing at 201 South Columbus Blvd in Philadelphia with a seating capacity of 1,100, it would be nearly impossible to locate the three (3) unethical judges even if they raised both of their hands.

And lastly, the folks in Pennsylvania are incredibly lucky to say the least to have a judiciary that is as honest and competent as the comedians sitting on the Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board would have us believe.
