Vermont’s 2019 Judicial Ivory Soap Ethics Rating = 99.85%

Ivory Soap advertises a purity rating of 99.44%. In the Mississippi judicial system, there are 88 judges practicing throughout the state. For the year 2019, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Commission on Judicial Performance and the Mississippi Supreme Court handed out the following complimentary sanction against one (1) judge for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

1 = number of reprimands

This laughable finding by the Commission on Judicial Performance and the Mississippi Supreme Court means that Mississippi has a 99.85% Ivory Soap Purity rating for 2019 which is preposterous in that it indicates the near impossibility of finding a dishonest or incompetent judge.

This would mean that if all 88 Judges attended a conference at the Garden Terrace in Burlington with a seating capacity of 90, it would be nearly impossible to locate the 1 unethical judge even if he raised both of his hands.

And lastly, the folks in Mississippi are incredibly lucky to say the least to have a judiciary that is as honest and competent as the Judicial Qualifications Commission findings would have us believe.
