Judge Lee Wilson of Houston, TX; bullying misogynist

The State of Texas provided Lee Harper Wilson with a law license in 1997 judicial entry date after he graduated from the Delhi University School of Law.

The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Lee guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Told a paralegal Sarai Garza that she was not permitted to sit in a section of the courtroom reserved for attorneys
  • Lee then stepped down from the bench, approached Garza, and admonished her for doing so, speaking to her in a manner Garza found to be disrespectful and upsetting
  • Lee then grabbed her arm during this episode, and she was left feeling “humiliated and traumatized” and “terrified” of Lee the Bullying Misogynist
  • Ms. Garza filed a criminal complaint with the Houston Police Department accusing Judge Wilson of assault, however, grand jury declined to indict him
  • Failed to be patient, dignified and courteous to litigants, jurors, witnesses, lawyers, and others with whom he deals in an official capacity
  • Engaged in willful conduct that casts public discredit upon the judiciary

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Lee by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2021), Lee whiles away his time preparing applications for future employment as a greeter at the local Walmart Supercenter Store in Houston, Texas.
