Judge William Bosworth Jr. of Cleburne, TX; pompous loser

The State of Texas provided William Bosworth Jr. with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law.

The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Bosworth guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Improperly ordered District Court Clerk’s Office to not accept filings to reopen a case
  • Failed to accord every person who has a legal interest in a proceeding, or that person’s lawyer, the right to be heard according to law (aka, “due process”)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary public warning and order of additional education.

As we speak (ca. April 2021), Billy continues to sit as a 413th Judicial District Court Judge in, Cleburne, Johnson County, Texas
