Attorney James Johnson of Woodbridge, VA; dimwitted slacker

The state of Virginia presented James McMurray Johnson with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Obstructed ethics investigators (Screw you, said Jimmy!)
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Jimmy by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, Jimmy fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www..com. Apparently, Jimmy chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his and his firm’s future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Jimmy practices his brand law at 13478 Minnieville Road in Woodbridge, Virginia.
