Attorney Marc Scheirer of British Columbia; ethical troll

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Marc Andre Scheirer with a law license in 2015 after he graduated from the University of British Columbia School of Law.

The British Columbia Law Society Disciplinary Counsel has alleged that Milan engaged in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent legal services (imbecile)
• Failed to client reasonably informed about her family law matter
• Failed to respond to client requests for information
• Failed to respond to client telephone calls
• Failed take appropriate steps to do what was promised to your client, or inform or explain to her that it was not possible to do so
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to maintain appropriate filing and office organization systems to ensure that you were able to locate and review your client’s file as and when necessary
• Consumed alcohol prior to attending a meeting
• Changed into inappropriate attire while attending meeting
• Improperly offered a client an alcoholic beverage
• Poured himself one or more alcoholic beverages while meeting with his client
• Sat in close proximity with your client in a manner that you knew or ought to have known would make her feel uncomfortable
• Placed his arm around his client

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Marc by the enablers of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society.
