The state of Maryland presented William Mapp Savage with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Failed to obtain approval of two letter agreements without his client’s informed consent before issuing the letter agreements

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
