Attorney Robert McCarthy of Bethesda, MD; idiotic loser

The state of Maryland presented Robert Michael McCarthy with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation as Temporary Guardian of the property of his Ward (idiot)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
