Attorney David Matthew Grove of Frederick, MD; dimwitted loser

The state of Maryland presented David Matthew Grove with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Davey practices his brand of law with David M. Grove Attorney at Law at 10 North Jefferson Street in Frederick, Maryland.
