Attorney Barton Sidle of Timonium, MD; ethical gremlin

The state of Maryland presented Barton Jay Sidle with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Barton guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to obtain required court approval prior to sale of deceased property

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Barton by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Barton fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.sidlelaw.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Barton practices at 9515 Deereco Road in Timonium, Maryland.
