Attorney Reza Golesorkhi of Rockville, MD; moronic loser

The state of Maryland presented Reza Golesorkhi with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Catholic University of Maryland School of Law. Reza also received a law license from New Jersey in 2004 and Washington D.C. in 2015.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Reza guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to recognize a conflict of interest [moron]
• In a business transaction, Reza represented both the buyer and seller whose interests were adverse
• Failed to obtain informed consent from either party to waive the conflict

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Reza by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Reza failed to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www. jgllaw.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
