Attorney Megan Natkow of Somerset, NJ; lying slacker

The state of New Jersey presented Megan Ashley Natkow (MAN) with a law license in 2014 after she graduated from the Seton Hall University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Meg guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Made false statement to a third person
  • Engaged in involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Missed several significant deadlines to file immigration papers on behalf of numerous clients
  • Gross negligence in filing immigration papers led to the rejection of the applications
  • Failed to advise supervisors she had missed filing deadlines
  • As result of negligence in filing immigration papers, a client was forced to temporarily return to India
  • Misrepresented [lied] that she had timely filed immigration applications
  • To conceal her conduct, Megan mailed fabricated documents to herself, for the purpose of opening them in the presence of the employee’s she represented
  • Falsely assured client that their applications had been filed

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Megan by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Megan practices her brand of law with Galaxy Systems Inc at 2 Executive Drive in Somerset, New Jersey.
