The state of California Marc Steven Applbaum with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego.

 

The State Bar Court found Marc guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Marc’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to pay court ordered Child and Family support

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Marc by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

 

Marc’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to deposit client funds into client trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Marc by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. December 2020), Marc practices his brand of law with the Law Offices of Marc Applbaum at 3212 Homer Street in San Diego, California.
