Justice Mark Grisanti of Buffalo, NY; bullying loser

The state of New York provided Louise E. Goldston with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.

FYI: Cooley is ranked as the worst or one of the worst law schools in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools. Proof of such a ranking is the fact that Donald Trump’s former attorney and fixer was none other than convicted felon Michael Cohen.

It should be noted that former Gov. Andrew Cuomo was duped into appointing Louise to be a judge on the New York State Court of Claims. Mark didn’t receive the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Buffalo area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.  

In one matter, Mark’s wife was involved in a fight with her neighbors, which led to her being handcuffed by Buffalo Police Officers.

The handcuffing of his wife led to a quick response from Mark wherein he told the police the following while he was seen pushing the officer who cuffed his wife.

“If you don’t get the cuffs off her right now

you’re gonna have a problem!”

Police officer Gina Mele said Judge Grisanti made the following statements to her while she was cuffing Mrs. Grisanti. The outburst led to Mark being cuffed.

• “He was very quick to name drop.”
• “He went on to say that he was personal friends of Mayor Brown.”
• “He was quick to say his daughter and son-in-law are both Buffalo Police Officers.”

The incident leading to Mark’s arrest and cuffing involved a street fight with his neighbor over a parking space.

While in custody and being placed in the squad car, the arresting officer made the following statements to Mark.

• “You’re dropping everybody’s name with a badge and you’re expecting special treatment.”
• “How does that look like to everybody in this environment right now?”
• “You smell like cheap beer. It doesn’t look good.”

It should be noted that he enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the New York Commission on Judicial Conduct have taken no action against Judge Grisanti for his misconduct as set forth above.

As we speak (ca. December 2020), Mark continues to sit as a New York Supreme Court Justice in Buffalo, New York.
