Judge Ralph Eannace Jr. of Utica, NY; serial scofflaw

The state of New York presented Ralph e. Eannace Jr. with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the Cumberland School of Law. 

The New York Judicial Conduct Commission found Ralphie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to file his 2013 financial disclosure statement in timely manner with the Ethics Commission for the Unified Court System
• Failed to file his 2018 financial disclosure statement in timely manner with the Ethics Commission for the Unified Court System
• Failed to file his 2019 financial disclosure statement in timely manner with the Ethics Commission for the Unified Court System even after he had received both a Notice to Cure and a Notice of Delinquency from the Ethics Commission

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Ralphie by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

Additionally, the comedians sitting on the Judicial Commission further established their uselessness in punishing Judicial Misfits by dismissing the ethics complaint against Ralphie. Put simply, the comedians gave Ralphie a pass despite his repeated failures to comply with the rules.

As we speak (ca. November) 2020, Ralphie continues to sit as a Judge of the Utica City Court, Oneida County, New York.
