Judge Michael Knopf of Rathbone, NY; moronic loser
The Judicial Conduct Commission found Judge Knopf guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Failed to maintain competence in judicial administration (imbecile)

Failed to assure that all court proceedings were recorded

Compromised his impartiality” when he referred to defendants appearing before him as “a thief”, “scum”, “a bum” and “sick, sick, sick” improperly created the appearance that Mikey had prejudged a defendant’s case.

Failed to be patient, dignified and courteous to litigants who were unfortunate enough to have to appear before him

Made insulting and derogatory comment about party appearing before him

Engaged in conduct that lacked impartiality, and fundamental fairness

Engaged in conduct establishing lack of professional competence in the law (moron)

Improperly issued ex parte (one-sided) warrant of eviction

Improperly issued a warrant of eviction against Mr. Tarby after an ex parte proceeding at which only Mr. Jones

appeared, notwithstanding that neither Mikey nor Mr. Tarby was ever presented with a notice of petition, a petition, or an affidavit of service as the law required
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Judge Knopf by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. October 2020), Mikey continues to sit as a Justice of the Rathbone Town Court in Steuben County, New York.
