Fox’s Mark Levin: Today’s “ Mythical Imbecile” Award Winner

This is not the first Award presented to Mark. In the past, he has been the recipient of seventeen (17) Awards in various categories and the subject Trump of one (1) opinion piece and one (1) lament. Mark is another in a long list of loser attorneys such as Laura Ingraham, Ann Coulter and Hugh Hewitt that decided to go into political punditry after learning how difficult it was to earn a dishonest living practicing law after he graduated from Temple University Law School. Therefore, he decided to go into the second most ethical profession (used car salesman No. 1), political punditry.

During a recent (ca. October 2020) episode of the Mark Levin Comedy Show, Mark decided to give another performance of his Sycophantic Trump Ass-Kissing Routine and his status as a Magical Imbecile by talking about the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s ruling allowing for mail-in-votes received on or before November 3 to be counted up to three days after the election.  

Towards that end Mark donned a pair of Trumpian Brand ™ Industrial Strength Knee Pads before making the following hyperbolic (BS) comments to be digested as additional red meat by his Low I.Q. followers.

• “And so, my advice to the legislators in the Republican legislature in Pennsylvania is to pass a resolution but don't send it to the governor.”
• “Because the Federal Constitution trumps whatever that state law is -- in terms of a governor signing a resolution.”
• “They have to have the guts to do this."

Sadly, it appears that when he attended Temple University Law School it did not offer lasses in states rights and/or constitutional law because the Federal Constitution does not trump any resolution signed by a governor.

And lastly, for Mark the Moron (M&M) to begin a sentence with “so, my advice” is absurd because I’m not aware of any reputable law firm would ever seek legal advice from someone of Mark’s ilk.
