Attorney Charles Sullivan of Canyon Lake, TX; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Charles Wayne Sullivan with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from the University of Idaho School of Law.

The District 4 Grievance Committee found Charlie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, Charlie entered into business transaction with client without giving the client a reasonable opportunity to seek the advice of independent counsel.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-mnth suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2019), Charlie practices his brand of law with Jones Sullivan PLLC at 308 Campbell Drive in Canyon Lake, Texas.
