Attorney Curtis Osborne of Charlotte, NC; ethical gnome

The state of North Carolina presented Curtis C. Osborne with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Curtis guilty of the following misconduct

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Conduct impaired the client's ability to achieve the goals of the representation, in that the resolution of the client’s case was delayed
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to disclose information that he reasonably should have known was subject to disclosure

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Curtis gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2020) Curtis practices his brand of law with the Osborne Law Firm PC at 10130 Perimeter Parkway in Charlotte, North Carolina.
