Attorney Rando Rodriguez of Sacramento; guilty of forgery

The state of California presented Rando Anthony Rodriguez with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of California Davis School of Law.

The California State Bar Court found Rando guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Forged a client’s signature
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in acts involving moral turpitude

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Rando by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Rando was never criminally charged for forgery.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Rando failed to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.capcitylaw.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Rando practices his brand of law with Eason & Tambornini APC at 1234 H Street in Sacramento, California.
