Attorney Daniel Saville of Wichita, KS; ethical troll

The state of Kansas presented Daniel Vincent Saville with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law.

The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Improperly provided financial assistance to a client
• Failed to act fairly towards opposing counsel and party
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Improperly paid his client’s criminal bond

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Danny practices at 330 North Main Street in Wichita, Kansas.
