The state of Kansas presented Lara M. Owens with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law.

The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Charged and/or collected an unreasonable fee
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Dale by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. August 2021), Davey practices his brand of law at 9393 West 110^th Street in Overland Park, Kansas.
