Attorney Thomas Veach of Marietta, GA; cheating loser

The state of Georgia presented Thomas William Veach with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the Woodrow Wilson School of Law.

The State Bar of Georgia found Tommy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Knowingly disregard Medicaid lien and interest that it held in estate funds of his client
  • Failed to remit funds to legal lienholder, Medicaid
  • Illegally removed estate funds from his office account for his personal use without authorization from the estate’s executor (cheater)
  • Held in contempt of court for failing to pay $27,443.23 to Medicaid as the lawful lienholder

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 18-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2021), Tommy practices his brand of law at 1732 Cedar Drive in Marietta, Georgia.
