Attorney Timothy Braun of Fremont, OH; pervert, loser

The State of Ohio provided Timothy Francis Braun with a law license in 1987 after he graduated Ohio State University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Timmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while Timmy was employed as the elected Sandusky County Prosecutor.

• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct that adversely reflects on fitness to practice
• When co-worker complained it hurt to take deep breath, Timmy said it sound like rib out of place and he then touched her rib and then slid his hand under her bra and began massaging her breast with three fingers
• After the employee returned to her desk, Timmy appeared and told her he wanted “feel that again” and again slid his hand under her bra and massaged her breast with three fingers
• When employee left his room, Timmy stated to her “You know, I bet you’re really fun to have sex with”
• Pled guilty to Negligent Assault, third degree misdemeanor relating to his conduct with female employee

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Timmy by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
