Attorney Adam Searl of Willard, OH; convicted thief

The State of Ohio provided Adam Dane Searl with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from Ohio Northern University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Adam guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Between January 22, 2019 and January 26, 2019, respondent entered his parent’s home while they were away and accessed their safe, stole three firearms, and took one of their blank checks
  • Shortly after the theft at his parent’s home, Adam attempted to cash the check, but was unsuccessful due to a hold place on the account by his parents
  • Subsequently, the three stolen firearms were recovered from a local pawn shop
  • Indicted for Burglary, three counts of Grand Theft, Theft from a Person in Protected Class [senior], and Safecracking, all of which were felonies
  • Pled guilty on 9/18/20 to Attempted Grand Theft, as a fourth-degree felony, sentenced to 180 days in jail

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Dick by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Adam practices his brand of law with the Huron County Community Library at 6 West Emerald Street in Willard, Ohio.
