The State of Ohio provided Susanne Kay Sabol with a law license in 1983 after she graduated from Capitol University School of Law.

The Columbus Bar Association found Suzie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to maintain client funds in separate interest-bearing account designated as a client trust account
• Failed to maintain records of client funds for a period of seven years
• Failed to maintain complete records of all funds in her possession
• Failed to perform monthly reconciliations of client trust accounts
• Failed to promptly notify client or third person with a lawful interest of receipt of funds owing to such persons

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Suzie by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
