Solicitor Matthew Fawkner of New South Wales, AUS; ethical dwarf

The Victoria Law Society presented Matthew Peter Fawkner with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of New South Wales School of Law.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Matty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failure to comply with section 51 LPUL - Statutory condition to notify certain events
• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Administrative Council punished Matty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Matty practices with Plus Law Pty Ltd at 199A Main Road in Cardiff, New South Wales, Australia.
