Attorney Anil Shah of Flushing, NY; scamming loser

The state of New York presented Anil Sarabhai Shah with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Bombay University School of Law.

The Office of General Counsel for the Executive Office for Immigration Review found Anil guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Improperly obtained certified LCA [Labor Condition Application] to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services of the Department of Homeland Security under his signature
  • Engaged in particularly serious misconduct
  • Knowingly and willfully misled the USCIS concerning a material and relevant matter concerning the approval of the nonimmigrant petition
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Immigration Review Board punished Anil by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Anil practices at 7311 164th Street in Flushing, New York.
