Attorney Brad Alexander of Miami, FL; moron, repeat offender

The state of Florida presented Brad Alexander with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the Nova Southeastern University School of Law.  

The Florida State Bar found Brad guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Brad’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed investigatory costs of $3,000.00.

Brad’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to appear at scheduled court hearing on client’s behalf in an immigration matter
• Failed to timely seek appropriate relief for the client(s) from the immigration court
• Failed to maintain reasonable communications with the client(s)
• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and 1-year suspension of his law license.
