The state of California presented Thomas Alan Stanley with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law.
The State Bar Court found Tommy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Failed to return client file to client upon being terminated

Willfully failed, upon termination of employment, to take reasonable steps to avoid reasonably foreseeable prejudice to his client

Failed to keep clients informed of status of their legal matters
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.
