Attorney Neil Day of Lawrenceville, NJ; thieving loser

The state of New Jersey presented Filosa Graff with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Wake Forest University School of law. Neil also received a license to practice in Pennsylvania in 1997.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Neil guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonesty, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Billed for time that he did not spend preparing for and attending depositions [thief]

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Filosa by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Neil practices in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
