Attorney Kenneth Brock of Lemon Cove, CA; serial convicted drunk

 

The state of California presented Kenneth Bryan Brock with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the San Joaquin College of Law in Fresno.

 

The State Bar Court found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct

 

Kenny’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • In February 1999 pled guilty to driving under the influence (DUI)
  • In August 2005 pled guilty to driving under the influence (DUI)
  • In June 2005 pled guilty to driving under the influence (DUI)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license and assessed disciplinary costs of $3,272.00.

 

Kenny’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • In August 2011 pled guilty to driving under the influence (DUI)
  • October 2011 pled guilty to driving with a suspended license

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license and assessed disciplinary costs of $5,195.00.

 

Kenny’s 3rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • 2017 charged with driving under the influence with prior convictions, a felony
  • 2017 charged with driving when license suspended for prior DUI conviction

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Kenny practices in Lemon Cove, California.
