Attorney Grady Brown of Costa Mesa, CA; hit and run drunk

The state of California presented Grady Michael Brown with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Grady guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Charged with driving under the influence (DUI)
  • Charged with hit and run with property damage
  • Unlawfully failed to stop his vehicle immediately and locate and notify owner and person of property the damaged while driving under the influence
  • Failed to present his driver's license and vehicle registration, and current residence address to the owner of the vehicle driven he damaged
  • Failed to leave in conspicuous place on the vehicle and property damaged written notice giving his name and address
  • Failed to notify the police department of the city wherein the collision occurred

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Grady by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Grady and his firm fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.musickpeeler.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that they would not limit their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Grady practices with Musick Peeler & Garrett LLP at 650 Town Center Driving in San Diego, California.
