Attorney Ralph V. Furino of Jamesburg, NJ; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented Ralph V. Furino with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Ralphie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in gross neglect of client matters
  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Failed to abide by recordkeeping requirements
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Ralphie!)
  • Filed to promptly deliver to his client any funds that the client was entitled to receive

As one would suspect this was not Ralph’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary reprimand and one (1) suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Barry by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Ralphie practices at 14 West Church Street in Jamesburg, New Jersey.
