Attorney Louis Macchiaverna of Lavallette, NJ; scofflaw, serial offender

The state of New Jersey and New York presented Kevin H. Main with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School. 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Louie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended

As one would suspect this was not Louie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary reprimand, one (1) complimentary censure, and three (3) suspensions of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Louie by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.    

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Louie practices with the Law Office of Louis Macchiaverna at 605B Grand Central Avenue in Lavallette, New Jersey.
