Attorney Michael Bolton of Morristown, NJ; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented Michael Dennis Bolton with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Mikey!)

As one would suspect this was not Mikey’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary suspension for failure to pay a fee arbitration award.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Vic by gifting him with a complimentary censure

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Mikey practices with Michael Bolton PC at 916 Mount Kemble Avenue in Morristown, New Jersey.
