Attorney Victor Caola of Toms River, NJ; cheating loser

The state of New Jersey presented Victor J. Caola with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Vic guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to explain matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Vic!)
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, and misrepresentation
  • Charged client an unreasonable fee (cheater)

As one would suspect this was not Paulie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary censure for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Vic by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2020) Vic practices at 1410 Hooper Avenue in Toms River, New Jersey.
