Attorney Eric Bailey of Springfield, NJ; slacker, loser

The state of New Jersey presented Eric B. Bailey with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Eric!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Eric practices with Martino & Bailey LLP at 871 Mountain Avenue in Springfield, New Jersey.
