Attorney Mark Brady of Spring Lake Heights, NJ; ethical troll

The state of New Jersey presented Mark Henderson Brady with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Negligently misappropriated [stole] escrow funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
