Attorney Christopher Cappio of Glassboro, NJ; slacker, loser

The state of New Jersey presented Christopher Cappio with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Neglected client bankruptcy matter

As one would suspect this was not Paulie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary censure for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. January 2021) Chris practices in Glassboro, New Jersey.
