Attorney James Matheson of New Brunswick, CAN; idiotic liar

The Law Society of New Brunswick presented James J. Matheson with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Brunswick School of Law.

The New Brunswick Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep clients informed as to status of their appeal
• Misled [lied] to his client that he was actively proceeding an appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada, when, in fact, he was not
• Failed to be honest and candid with his clients
• Failed to inform his clients of all information known to him that may have affected their interests
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to file necessary court documents with the Supreme Court of Canada to pursue client’s appeal and failed to advise his clients of said failure

All that remains now is to what if any punishment is meted out by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel.
