Attorney Mark Sheehan of New Brunswick, CAN; moronic loser

The Law Society of New Brunswick presented Mark S. Sheehan with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Brunswick School of Law.

The New Brunswick Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Mark guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with his client
• Failed to competently perform the legal services (moron)
• Failed to provide information to the client about his case
• Failed to fulfill undertakings provided at Examination of Discovery
• Failed to advise his client of the Notice of Discovery Motion
• Signed a Consent Order, without the knowledge or consent of his client
• Negligence and incompetence led to client’s action being dismissed
• Failed to inform his client that his legal action had been dismissed
• Failed to keep client informed of the status of his legal matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed disciplinary costs of $3,000.00.

As we speak (ca. September 2020) Mark practices with Sheehan Law at 1600 Main Street in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada.
