Attorney Clifford Stewart of Newark, NJ; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented Clifford Gregory Stewart with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Cliff guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to abide by required recordkeeping requirements

As one would suspect this was not Cliff’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Cliff by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2020) Johnny practices with The Law Office of John L. Weichsel at 79 Main Street in Hackensack, New Jersey.
