Attorney Ksenia Proskurchenko of Elizabeth, NJ; thief, repeater

The state of New Jersey presented Ksenia V. Proskurchenko with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School. 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Ksenia guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in gross neglect of client matters
• Failed to refund unearned fee of $1,375 upon termination (thief)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Ksenia!)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client

As one would suspect this was not Ksenia’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary censure for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Ksenia by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.   

As we speak (ca. January 2021) Ksenia practices Proskurchenko Law Group LLC at 570 North Broad in Elizabeth, New Jersey.
