Attorney Robert Boudreau of New Brunswick, CAN; moronic slacker

The Law Society of New Brunswick presented Robert M. Boudreau with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Brunswick School of Law.

The New Brunswick Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • After accepting a $5,600 retainer, Bobby failed to act in a timely manner in order to obtain a medical opinion from the family doctor
  • Failed to take any steps on client’s matter
  • Failed to take any legal action to preserve the client’s claim
  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to disclose errors or omissions regarding client’s case
  • Failed to provide quality legal service to his client
  • Failed to inform client he had missed time limitation for filing her claim
  • Misled his client about status of her file
  • Failed to respond to numerous requests from client as to status of her file

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand, a $4,000 fine and assessed costs of $3,500.00.

As we speak (ca. September 2020) Marty practices at 1154 St. Peter Avenue in Bathurst, New Brunswick, Canada.
