Attorney Patrick Grew of New Brunswick, CAN; moronic loser

The Law Society of New Brunswick presented Patrick C. Grew with a law license in 2014 after he graduated from the University of Brunswick School of Law.

The New Brunswick Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Patty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Involved in conflict of interest relating to real estate transaction
• Failed to fully explain the Discharge of Mortgage and Surrender of Lease to his clients
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to inform clients of the consequence of signing the Surrender of Lease and that they were not obligated to sign the Surrender of Lease to facilitate the sale of the property
• Failed to ascertain that LM and PM understood the content, nature, and consequences of the legal documents they were signing
• Failed to act with integrity when advising his clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed disciplinary costs of $1,00.00.
