Attorney W.S. Reid Chedore of New Brunswick, CAN; ethical dwarf  

The Law Society of New Brunswick presented W.S. Reid Chedore with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Brunswick School of Law.

The New Brunswick Law Society Disciplinary Counsel has alleged that Hazen is guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Participated in or knowingly assisted in dishonest conduct by his buyer and seller clients, or associated persons in obtaining mortgage financing under false pretenses in the purchase and/or sale and mortgage transactions
• Failed to be on guard against being duped by his clients and/or his employees and legal assistants to whom he had delegated particular tasks
• and functions, in connection with mortgage transactions
• Failed to discharge with integrity his duty to his client, AAA Bank
• Failed to be honest and candid when advising his clients, ZZ, YY and AAA Bank
• Failed to avoid all influences that compromise the duty of loyalty and the exercise of impartial and independent judgment and action owed to his client, AAA Bank
• Failed to the integrity of the legal profession and assume complete professional responsibility for all matters entrusted to him
• Failed to be honest and candid when advising his clients, ZZ, YY and BBB Bank

All that remains now is to what if any punishment is meted out by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel.
