Attorney J. Eric Skager of High Point, NC; ethical elf

The state of North Carolina presented J. Eric Skager with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Regent University School of Law.

FYI: Regent is ranked as the 179^th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected client’s traffic case
• Failed to promptly tell his client that a failure to appear was entered in her case
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Eric!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Eric practices with Skager Law at 510 Ferndale Blvd in High Point, North Carolina.
